How workspace announcements work in Tetri Copilot.
Overview
Announcements are broadcast messages sent to all workspace members. They are used to communicate important workspace-level information — such as policy changes, system updates, or compliance reminders from management.
How to Send an Announcement

Go to Settings → Announcements in the sidebar.

Click Create Announcement.

Write your announcement message.

Choose the audience (all members, specific roles).
- 5
Choose the delivery method (in-app, email, or both).
- 6
Click Send.
- 7
All selected members receive the announcement notification immediately.
Note
Workspace announcements (sent by your Owner/Admin) are different from platform announcements (sent by the Tetri Copilot platform team, shown as a banner across the app). This page covers the workspace announcements you control.
