How to view your active plan, subscription status, feature access, and usage against your limits.
Overview
The Billing Overview shows your active plan, subscription status, the features your plan includes, and how much of each limit you have used this month. Only the Workspace Owner can access billing.
How to View Your Plan

Expand the Workspace group in the sidebar.

Click Billing (Overview).
- 3
Review your plan, status badge, renewal/trial-end date, feature access, and usage cards.
Subscription Statuses
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
Active | — | Your subscription is paid and current. All plan features are available. |
Trialing | — | You are inside a free trial of a paid plan. Full access until the trial-end date. |
Past due | — | A payment failed. Update your payment method to keep access to paid features. |
Expired / Cancelled | — | The subscription has ended. Paid features are locked and the workspace behaves like the Free plan until you re-subscribe. |
Note
The Feature Access list on this page shows exactly which capabilities (Invoicing, Expenses, AI Categorization, Advanced Compliance) your plan includes. The Usage cards show team members, invoices, expenses, AI requests, and storage used this month.
Note
Billing is handled securely through Stripe. Tetri Copilot never stores your card details — they are held by Stripe.
