Upgrade, Downgrade & Cancel
How to subscribe, change plans, or cancel โ and how each change takes effect.
Overview
You can subscribe to a paid plan, switch plans, or cancel at any time from the Plans page. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe โ you are taken to a secure Stripe checkout to enter payment details, then returned to Tetri Copilot.
How to Subscribe or Upgrade
- 1
Go to Workspace โ Billing โ Plans.
- 2
Choose monthly or yearly billing using the toggle.
- 3
On the plan you want, click "Subscribe".
- 4
Complete payment in the secure Stripe checkout.
- 5
You are returned to the Billing Overview, which confirms your new plan once the payment is processed.
How to Downgrade or Cancel
- 1
Go to Workspace โ Billing โ Plans.
- 2
To move to a lower tier, choose that plan and confirm the downgrade.
- 3
To cancel, click Cancel on your current plan card. Your subscription is scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period โ you keep full access until then and are not charged again.
- 4
Changed your mind? Before the period ends, click "Resume subscription" (on the Plans page, or in the banner on the Billing Overview) to keep your plan โ the scheduled cancellation is removed and billing continues as normal.
- 5
You can also cancel or resume from the Stripe customer portal via "Manage Billing" on the Overview โ either way, the app stays in sync.
Note
You receive a confirmation email when you schedule a cancellation (noting the date your access ends) and again if you resume. When the cancellation actually takes effect at the period end, a final "subscription cancelled" notice is sent.
Important
If you downgrade to a plan with a lower team-member limit and you currently have more members than that plan allows, remove members first โ the system blocks downgrades that would exceed the new limit.
Note
If your plan does not update immediately after a successful payment, open the Billing Overview โ it re-checks your subscription with Stripe on return from checkout. If it still looks wrong, use "Manage Billing" or contact support.
