How to set your workspace country, currency, and language preferences.

Overview
Your workspace localization settings determine how dates, currency amounts, and compliance obligations are displayed and calculated throughout the platform.
Localization Settings

Country | Your business country. Used to determine applicable compliance packs and default tax rules. | |
Currency | Your primary currency for invoices and financial reporting. | |
Language | — | The display language for the application interface. |
Date Format | — | How dates are displayed across the platform. |
Timezone | — | Used for scheduling reminders and deadline notifications. |

Important
Changing the currency after you have already created invoices or expenses is not recommended. Historical records will still show the currency at the time they were created. Contact Support before making this change if you have existing data.

Note
The list of available countries, currencies, and languages is curated by the platform — only active options appear in the dropdowns. If a currency or language you need is missing, contact Support so it can be enabled.
