What a workspace is in Tetri Copilot and how it relates to your company.
Overview
A workspace in Tetri Copilot represents your company or organization. All your customers, invoices, expenses, compliance records, and team members belong to your workspace. If you operate multiple companies, each company has its own separate workspace.
Workspace Isolation
Data from one workspace is never visible to users of another workspace. This ensures complete data security and separation between organizations. Each workspace has its own settings, members, billing plan, and operational data.
Note
If you need to manage multiple businesses, you can create separate workspaces for each. When you belong to more than one, a workspace switcher appears in the top bar (and you pick a workspace right after signing in).
Important
A platform administrator can suspend a workspace (for example, for non-payment). If that happens, members are signed out and see a "workspace suspended" message until it is restored.
