How to sign in to Tetri Copilot with a one-time email code, an authenticator app, or Google.
Overview
Tetri Copilot is passwordless โ there is no password to remember or reset. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, and (if enabled) a code from your authenticator app. If your workspace allows it, you can also sign in with Google. Once signed in, your session stays active across browser tabs.
Sign In with an Email Code
- 1
Open the Tetri Copilot app URL in your browser.
- 2
Enter your registered email address and click "Continue with email".
- 3
Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code (it arrives within a few seconds and expires after 10 minutes).
- 4
Type the 6-digit code on the "Check your email" screen and click "Verify code".
- 5
If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you are asked for a code from your authenticator app โ enter it to continue.
- 6
You are taken to your Dashboard. If you belong to more than one workspace, you choose which one to open first.
Tip
Didn't get the code? Wait a few seconds, check your spam folder, then use the "Resend code" link on the verification screen. Codes are sent from no-reply@tetricopilot.com.
Sign In with Google
- 1
On the sign-in page, click "Continue with Google" (shown only if your workspace has Google sign-in enabled).
- 2
Choose your Google account and approve access.
- 3
You are returned to Tetri Copilot and signed in automatically.
