Account Access & Recovery

What to do if you cannot receive your email code or have lost your authenticator app.

Access:OwnerAdminUser

Overview

Because Tetri Copilot is passwordless, there is no password to reset. Account access depends on two things: your email inbox (for the one-time code) and, if enabled, your authenticator app. This article covers what to do if either is unavailable.

Common Situations

FieldRequiredDescription
Code email not arrivingโ€”Wait a minute, check spam/junk, confirm you entered the right email, then use "Resend code". Allow no-reply@tetricopilot.com through any email filters.
Hit the code rate limitโ€”Too many code requests in a short time triggers a temporary limit. Wait a while, then request a new code.
Lost your authenticator deviceโ€”With 2FA enabled and no access to your authenticator, you cannot complete sign-in on your own. Contact your workspace owner/admin or Tetri support to have 2FA reset on your account.
Lost access to your emailโ€”If you can no longer receive email at your registered address, contact your workspace owner or Tetri support to update your account email.
Account or workspace suspendedโ€”If you see a "suspended" message at sign-in, an administrator has paused access. Contact support to resolve it.

Tip

Prevention is the best recovery. Before changing phones, turn off 2FA in My Account, then turn it back on and re-scan the QR code on your new device.
